First of all I wouldn't of believed it if I had not tried it for myself as I am a bit sceptical about this type of thing.

The first thing I noticed that my injured knee, I was bucked off a horse in March 2010 and tore both cartilage and ruptured my acl requiring two lots of surgery stopped hurting!

Alot of the exercises I have to do at the physio require good balance and mine was completely shot. I can now carry out all of the exercises including single leg sit to stand,front, side and reverse dips off a step and single leg squats all whilst standing on my bad leg. I was very wobbly before and I couldn't do them without holding onto something.

Also I seem to be sleeping better and have a far more positive outlook for my recovery.

I don't know how it has worked but I am really pleased with the difference it has made!
